Description and benefits
PM2 is a lightweight, open and easy-to-use methodology that supports effective project implementation. PM2 is suitable for all types of projects and contains elements from many project management best practices, standards and methods, such as PMBoK Guide, PRINCE2®, IPMA-ICB and is based on lessons from projects implemented in the EU institutions.
After the training, you will understand how agile development and philosophy can be combned with the PM2 methodology. The ease of use and simplicity of the methodology guarantees that you can immediately apply the learned methods to your own projects.
It is assumed that the student already knows the general principles and practices of agile working.
