Get familiar with project schedule and cost management practises. This course focuses on practical examples and exercises and teaches you the following essential ingredients for successfully planning and controlling the schedule and budget of your project:

- critical path and critical chain management
- work and cost estimates
- investment/profitability calculations
- budgeting and cost accounts
- project modeling
- schedule and cost forecasts
Target audience: project & program managers and coordinators, project team members, schedule and cost management professionals, middle and upper level management, business analysts and experts
Working methods: lectures followed with groupwork, exercises and review questions. MonteCarloProject is used for project modeling based on task specific cost and time distributions.
Prerequisites: none, but 'Get started in PM' course is recommended before participation
