Earned value is a generally recognised standard for project cost management. This course gives you a solid foundation for applying the technique in your own projects. Course focuses on the practical examples and exercises and includes the following elements:

• review of IPMA competence baseline and PMI's PMBOK® Guide (A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge)

• requirements for project planning, breakdown and control

• summary of planning and control tools
