Are you continuously dealing with project crises? Can you mitigate effects? Do you wonder when special mitigation plan is required or how to prevent project crises?

Training focuses on crisis identification, confinement, mitigation and prevention. Also project risk management and risk modeling is considered.

Both project planning, implementation and close-out activities are considered. After the training the participant is able to identify crisis symptoms, understands when normal problem solving has turned into a crisis situation and knows how to effectively confine and mitigate effects without incurring unnecessary costs.
